Clayton Accounting Solutions, LLC was founded by John Clayton 13 years ago with the goal of helping other enterprises achieve success with their accounting & business needs.
We specialize in both basic accounting (full-charge bookkeeping, financial reporting and personal and corporate income tax preparation) as well as business consulting which includes new business start-ups.

What You Need
ACCOUNTING SERVICES
We provide basic accounting and full-charge bookkeeping services specializing in remote accounting services using
QuickBooks Online as well as personalized, onsite services to meet the customer’s needs. We also offer training for both customers and staff on the use and scope of QuickBooks as well as Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). We further develop and implement a set accounting procedures tailor-made for each organization.
BUSINESS CONSULTING
We also provide a full-service business
consulting services which address key needs of the customer. We perform careful, detailed analysis of all business operations which can range anywhere from 1-6 months depending
upon the size of the organization. We do not believe layoffs are the answer to address inefficiencies or as a cost-saving measure. A major problem most small to medium sized organizations face today is attracting and retaining good, qualified staff. In most cases a simple reorganization of duties as well as implementing an employee training program will address those needs
perfectly. My firm focuses on employee

MONTHLY PRICING PLANS
$200
Bronze Plan
This is our basic checking account reconciliation plan for transactions no greater than 200 per month. This plan includes a proper reconciliation as well as an analysis of all Income Statement (Profit & Loss) and Balance Sheet Accounts as well as a month-end close report. There is an additional charge of $150 for personal income tax and $450 for corporate income tax. (PLEASE NOTE: Prices subject to change if our representative has to travel to your place of business).

Silver Plan
This plan is for accounts that have greater than 200 transactions per month. Like the Bronze Plan, this includes checking account reconciliations, a proper month-end closing procedure as well as financial statement analysis. Both personal and corporate income tax preparation is included in this plan at no additional charge. Gold Plan
This is our complete service. Not only do we reconcile all bank and credit card accounts, but we also handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable as well as developing a set of accounting procedures tailor-made to your organization. Both personal and corporate income tax preparation is included in this plan at no additional charge.
